REFUND & RETURN POLICY
OVERVIEW
At Circusmaximus.in, all our products — including jerseys, t-shirts, and hoodies — are part of limited drops and are processed individually after the order is placed. As a result, all orders are strictly non-cancellable and non-refundable by default.
However, we understand that mistakes happen. If a cancellation request is made within a short window, partial refunds may be possible:

Jerseys: Eligible for 80% refund if cancelled within 48 hours of ordering.

T-Shirts & Hoodies: Eligible for 78% refund if cancelled within 24 hours of ordering.
After this window, no cancellations or refunds will be accepted under any circumstance.
We strongly recommend recording the unboxing process when receiving your order, as courier frauds have been on the rise, and we don’t want our customers to suffer. Please review our full policy below.
DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED PRODUCTS
If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us at 📩 support@circusmaximus.in within 7 days of receiving your order. Kindly provide clear images or a video as proof.
We will offer:

An exchange for the same item (subject to stock availability).

If the item is out of stock, we may offer store credit or a suitable alternative at our discretion.
PRE-ORDER & ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY
All products are made to order, including jerseys, t-shirts, and hoodies. As such, cancellations are rarely accepted.

Jerseys: 75% refund if cancelled within 48 hours of placing the order.

T-Shirts & Hoodies: 75% refund if cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order.

After these windows, no cancellations or refunds will be allowed.
ITEMS LOST IN TRANSIT
If your order’s shipping time exceeds the estimated delivery period by 10 or more business days, please contact us at 📩 support@circusmaximus.in, and we will coordinate with the shipping carrier to investigate.
While we are not liable for courier-related delays or losses, we will do our best to assist.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We only offer exchanges for products that are defective.
To qualify:

Contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Share photo or video proof of the issue.
To begin the process, email support@circusmaximus.in with your order number. If approved, we will guide you through the next steps.
Note: Return shipping costs are to be borne by the customer unless the product is confirmed defective.
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
We are not responsible for orders that are marked as delivered by the courier but are not received.
If your package seems to be lost or stolen:

Confirm the delivery address was correct.

Contact the courier directly.
Once you notify us, we will provide:
