REFUND & RETURN POLICY

OVERVIEW

At Circusmaximus.in: our collections are limited drops, we do not offer refunds. However, if you receive a defective item, we are happy to provide an exchange. Please review our policy below for details.

DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED PRODUCTS

If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us at support@circusmaximus.in within 7 days of receiving your order. Kindly provide images or a video as proof.

We will offer:

  • An exchange for the same item (subject to stock availability).

Since our collections are limited, we cannot guarantee that the same item will be available for exchange. In such cases, we may offer store credit or a suitable alternative at our discretion.

ITEMS LOST IN TRANSIT

If your order’s shipping time exceeds our estimated timeframe by more than 10 business days, please reach out to support@circusmaximus.in, and we will investigate the issue. While we are not responsible for lost packages, we will work with the carrier to resolve the situation.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

  • We only offer exchanges if the product is defective.

  • You must contact us within 7 days of receiving the product.

  • You must provide photo or video proof of the defect.

To initiate an exchange, please email support@circusmaximus.in with your order details. If your request is approved, we will provide further instructions. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed as delivered to the address provided during checkout.

If you suspect your package was lost or stolen, we recommend:

  • Verifying the delivery address entered during checkout.

  • Checking with neighbors or household members.

  • Contacting your local post office or delivery carrier for assistance.

Upon inquiry, we will confirm:

  • Delivery status and tracking details.

  • Date of delivery.

  • Shipping carrier information.

This will help you investigate further with the carrier.
